Task Planning

Use our platform to plan all daily activities and tasks in one central calendar and make these visible for all people involved.

Real-time insights

All daily activities of your employees ask for a clear planning. Our platform provides several planning features that can be used to plan all your site-specific tasks for individuals and teams.

Teams can view their own specific schedule since all planned tasks become available within our mobile app in real-time. Your daily processes are now at the tip of your fingers!

Customised planning

Create a customised planning for each employee and follow progress, results and trends in real-time. Users will receive direct notifications and reminders on their mobile device (or via email) concerning both open tasks or tasks that need execution.

Our mobile app shows your users a structured overview of daily work using icons and colours for quicker understanding.

Direct notifications

When planning your tasks you are free to create the planning exactly how you would like it. You can decide if you would like these tasks to be a one-off or recurring tasks set them up for one employee or for everyone. It is also possible for employees to register tasks on the spot that may not be in the planning.

If needed, with the app, users can add photos and remarks about every aspect of the work. After completion the result will be presented in the dashboard.

“We work with daily and periodic tasks on STIB’s buses. In order to be able to guarantee this properly, we started working with labels. These labels indicate how many times the bus has been cleaned and which tasks have not (yet) been carried out. This has saved us a lot of time and we immediately receive a Dashboard with analyses of all data.”
